Traded in my Lexus for a Nissan Altima with a CVT transmission. 1) the check engine light came on within 24 hours of me first taking the altima off the lot. Apparently the whole transmission was giving out even though it had just been "passed" for inspection prior to me picking it up. 2) I wasn't even made aware it had a CVT transmission until after the problems started. 3) I was then informed by the warranty company that my policy was not paid for by the dealer in a timely fashion. In fact my warranty was not valid until a week AFTER I purchased the Altima. In which they explained to me because the problems started before the policy was valid, it was not covered under the warranty. So i was screwed into getting a refund and walking away with no car at all. Forget just buying cars, this was the worst consumer experience of my life!

Mike was easy to communicate with because he actually listens to customers (what a novel concept) and he responds extremely quickly to calls, texts and email. We'll be buying all of our vehicles from Driven Automotive.
I flew from Illinois to New York to buy a 2014 ecodiesel Ram truck from Driven Automotive. This meant I asked a lot of questions prior to buying the vehicle. Mike was very helpful, timely, and accommodating. He drove to the hotel an hour away to pick us up, filled the tank up, and even got the vehicle serviced for me all for free. After the seamless transaction, I noticed the owner's manual was in french and he didn't hesitate to buy me a new one. I also noticed once I got back to IL that the jack was missing, probably removed from the previous owner. I told him and he ordered one for me the next day. Did I mention that he gave me 3 extra months of warranty for free. I was very pleased with the whole process. He continued to be helpful after the deal was done. Thank you, it was much appreciated.
Very friendly staff and willing to help you find your next car,truck,van or SUV.Good selection of very clean vehicles.Why go to large dealerships and pay way more for a vehicle when you can go to a small dealership with good prices?If they don't have what your looking they will look for it.
