I had a great stay here, my first time at this location. The staff was friendly, I got a delicious cookie, and much to my luck, a free room upgrade to a king suite, which was bigger than my last apartment. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the room was clean and quiet. No complaints here, I'd happily stay again.
Recently remodeled. Restaurant and breakfast buffet are solid. Rooms are clean and we'll appointed. Staff is helpful and courteous. I have stayed here for more than 10 nights and have not had any issues. They also have a full (free) health club with free weights and a lap pool which puts other hotel fitness rooms to shame.
Check-in extremely friendly and efficient! Any special requests are taken care of if possible and always with a smile. Our room is always clean and ready for our arrival, including any extra amenities! Room Service is prompt and the food hot and delicious. Especially the Eggs Benedict !! To sum up, Everyone who works here makes sure that you are comfortable and have everything that you need. Always a Pleasure to stay here !!!
Binghamton location. I moved room because a family next door sounded like in the same room. Not wanting the seventh floor,I asked for another. Finally room 302 was quiet.The decor was good. Food was available to purchase in the guest pantry.
The place in general was clean and the staff members were nice and welcoming. However, when I asked for a Kosher meal prior to attending the conference I was told that they do not have a kosher kitchen and that It is better to bring my own meal!!! Vegetarian meal was supposed to have mixed roasted pepper but it was actually served with green beans
