Letting processions pass is a courtesy and not a law. And considering you didn't apologize during the incident, and have deleted my initial review, you have lost all respect from me.
Recently I was pulling out of the University Plaza and turning on the Vestal Parkway. When the light was green, I merged onto the Parkway...only to almost be hit by a large black Cadillac with Thomas Shea Funeral Home on the side. No apology or wave from the driver. Much like basic traffic laws, he ignored me.
**Had to repost this because they deleted it. Real only have to hide if you're guilty of something**
Jennifer and Chris were excellent at helping us in our time of need. They were very informative and helpful with the arrangements. They were courteous and gracious when calling hours started 45 minutes early and when over by almost an hour. They predicted the large volume of people and had extra staff onsite to assist with parking. They were also kind and supportive of our inquisitive children when they found the display room open when we returned to pick up pictures and flowers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Binghamton area.
Now I understand funeral processions. And I do respect them and pull off to the side when I can. However, how is one to know a procession is going on when someone is merging from another lane? Why in the world would you even dare run a red light on the Vestal Parkway? One of the busiest roads in the area. Not even use your horn? Alert other drivers that you're about to run a red light?
