Jack and Hillcrest RV after this experience.
I brought my camper into Hillcrest Rv Sales to get it winterized and to have my furnace checked out as it was making a loud noise. This was at 3:30 on a Friday and I was told that they were closing up for the week of Thanksgiving for a vacation. I was fully expecting to leave the camper for the week, however the service manager Jack, said that we could winterize it right then and take a look at the furnace as he did not have a anyone a head of me. He quickly and professionally did the weatherization and diagnosed the furnace blower wheel as the problem and asked if I had the time to wait and he would take the furnace out and see if he could fix it right then and there. I said yes I had the time. He had the furnace fixed after tearing it almost completely down and installing the new blower wheel in just over an hour. He stayed late just to take care of the problem and to please a customer even though he had some commitments at home that he was supposed to be attending.
You rarely see customer service like this any where these days. Also the cost of the winterizing and the repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend
Matt sold us an RV trailer that fit our needs at a price far below market value and we couldn't be happier about it. We are on our second year of enjoying it. The entire purchase experience was great and the Service Man who walked us through it did an excellent job showing us it's features. He also answered questions we had about maintenance clearly. We really appreciated they sell their items with everything you need to just hookup and go. Battery, sewer line, even the propane tanks were filled. Excellent people to do business with.
