The response from the management at LAZ is horrible and they not only do not try to make restitution to you, but when you suggest that they need to make changes to keep this from happening in the future, they claim THAT THE SCAMMING IS NOT their problem. With their attitude, they are actually condoning the scammers to keep on breaking the law and causing financial distress to the "would be customers." The best advice I can give you, is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LAZ Parking, ESPECIALLY in Binghamton at their "outdoor lot" on Hawley St.
Don't use LAZ Parking!!!! Especially in the City of Binghamton at their "Outdoor Parking Lot" on Hawley St. LAZ does not take responsibility for scamming people who pose as LAZ employees. These scammers, pose as LAZ employees, direct you to park on a parking lot that is not theirs. ALL of which is unbeknownst to you. Then while you are going about your business, your car is towed and you end up spending $200 or more to get your car back.
