The average person has a limited understanding of life insurance terms (whole life, term, accidental, rates, coverages, etc.) and how the different choices will affect those you are trying to protect. Jim made understanding the options and terms very easy. Thanks to Jim my family and business are protected.
Horrible experience working with this agency in the last six months. (Been with them about a year) Each month the premium for my car insurance would be increased due to "mistakes" made by staff which then took weeks to resolve. After being refunded what was overcharged on my credit card, again weeks later, another "mistake" would pop up. After six months of this recurring I have decided to take my business elsewhere. They have little care or consideration for clients, horrible customer service, and altogether are poorly organized. I would not recommend anyone to go to this office.
