In all the years My husband and I have been shopping at Lowes we have never experienced worse service. We've had great experiences from Oneonta NY, and Norwich NY. We re-opened a Lowes card after paying off the first one both with very high credit limits, we have spent a fortune at lowes. Here's a recap of what's happened in the last 3 weeks: We go in and pick our new flooring. Pete in flooring gave us a delivery date to pick up flooring and gave us instructions of where we need to do this. We go on the day it's due in and the girl asks us if we've paid yet and we say no, we are doing that today. Well Pete gets called to the desk and Tells us that he never ordered the floors because we didn't pay that day we were in!! He assured us that much like Jesus Christ, he's never made a mistake in the 5 years he's been there and he would never tell us we didn't need to pay first... OK- well our story, he didn't tell us to pay that day we picked he floors out or else we would've paid that day - money is not an issue. Let's move on to appliances. We've been given 2 dates now with no confirmation of the new stove being delivered. The manager of the appliance department hung up on my husband today because he was " in the middle of something" To sum up the Binghamton NY Lowes- SUCKS
I went in for one item; RV antifreeze. The guy in seasonal was rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't listen.
Terrible,wanted a fire alarm system,a employee who I believe works in contractor sales walked by and told him that I needed more than the one on the rack.he replied that their may be more on top
He walked away and I assume he was getting a ladder or lift.i waited and he never came back.
Very virtuous and helpful. Didnt have all I was looking for and looked on computer to see what Lowe's store did.
For the 5th week I have gone to lowes to try to get Dewalt tools advertised on a display in the store. The tools offered are never in Stock and the sales associates are not helpful when asked when they will be in stock. Sale ends soon and the store has never had the tools displayed
