Women was very friendly but not friendly enough to let me leave with both my eyebrows.half of my left eyebrow was removed and she recommended an eyebrow growth product that was ridiculously expensive and said "it grow back it grow back"

The worse experience ever I went in the day before my birthday she took off half of my eyebrows left them almost bald!!! But managed to leave hair were she was suppose to remove.. The wax was scalding hot, she left a mark from attempting to tweeze some of the Essex hair.. Im truly astonished that this place s still in business!!! When I was telling my mom about this place she told me she'd been there and something similar was done to her.... Dont ever ever viset this establishment!!!! My daughter was with me and her eyebrows were also massacred..
I love this place. Its convenient for me and I never have to wait too long to get my services and the lady takes her time with you. I recommend the herbal pedicure it was amazing.
