I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and brought it in to be detailed. When I purchased the vehicle, the dealership gave me the keys to it and it was filthy inside (a whole different issue). Scheduled a detailing service over the phone and specifically told the gentleman about the seats having some sort of water stain in them that I couldn't get out. He tells me, "Oh yes, Jeeps of that year had a special fabric in them that stains easily and we've seen it before, but don't worry, we have a machine that can steam the fabric" and basically tells me it won't be an issue. So I drop it off, get a call within a day or two to come pick it up, drive down at night and grab it, and to my surprise the stains were still in the seats with absolutely no difference.
I had small scratches on my car from tree branches and ziebart buffed them out for me.
This is the third car that I have had rustproofed and undercoated, and had the waxing pkg done. Randy O'Connor sales Mgr. has taken care of us and has been great. Last time because it was going to take 2-3 hours he drove us down to Boscovs and picked us up. Can't ask for better job or service. Great to do business with.
Have had last 3 cars undercoated. Annual service is free. They also do great work at buffing and sealing small nicks and scratches making them unnoticeable. Also have them put invisible guards on areas that are prone to this. Preferred customers get a reasonable discount on these services and with Ziebart card, 6 months to pay without interest.
This will be the third vehicle I have taken to Ziebart of Binghamton. Randy and the team have been excellent . Randy always goes out and checks vehicle over when done, and there is anything that he doesn't like it is taken care of right then. Great job
Yes, they did do a good job on the rest of the detailing, I won't discount their work. However, my concern was solely about the seats and I had stressed that to the gentleman. That was my main reason in spending over $150 to have it cleaned. And he specifically told me that they were equipped to do it.
Overall- good detailing work. But I feel like I was more or less ripped off by being convinced they could handle it. And for $150, I expected it. If I had been told that there was even the slightest chance it couldn't have been done, I wouldn't have brought it in.
