Not much southern there..hospitality wise that is..went in for a shirt...ladies too busy talking to someone else I didnt get a hello..can I help you..kiss my ass..nothing. I used the restroom..upon leaving someone asked how I was doing...I will not return...typical Ny...rude
Just bought my 4th bike and I am loving it. I was always given a great deal, great assistance in whatever I needed, and couldn't ask for a better staff of personnel in every department. They all do a fantastic job, and customer service is number 1.
We rode our trike up today with an issue. So we thought we would stop and see if the could tell us what the problem was.. The staff said give me 10 minutes and we will check it for you.The mechanic came out and took it right in and found the problem.I asked if they could fix it and he said yes He explained the whole problem.So in about a hour we were on our way, plus did some shopping.And I have to say thank you to the whole crew.
Though I don't deal with the motorcycle aspect of it, I do deal with their gun shop on the second floor. I have found them to be fair and friendly on all transactions.
Great sales personnel they will do what they can to get you on your dream bike
